The MethodologySample Deliverables
Your AI budget is leaking and nobody's counting.
The tools were bought by department, and nobody owns the total.
The leak
We collect only what the audit requires — seat counts, usage, spend, renewal dates. No employee names, no emails, no credentials. Your data never leaves your control.
Companies buy AI tools one department at a time. Marketing picks its stack. Finance picks its stack. IT picks its stack.
Nobody owns the total. The same tool gets paid for twice, and the unused seats keep renewing.
The waste hides in the seams. One department is up for renewal while another still has the licenses sitting idle.
How it works
Your file arrives in an agreed format — CSV, Excel, JSON, or PDF. These typically include names, seat counts, spend, and relevant usage data. Every number comes from your file. Your file is the source of truth.
Every usage figure traces to a primary source — a vendor's own reporting, a published study, something you can click and verify. A vendor's marketing page doesn't count. When no primary source exists, that cell stays unscored, and we tell you exactly what's missing and where to look.
Each tool comes back as a keep, shrink, or not scored. Keep means your team is using what you bought. Shrink means the seats outnumber the users — and the excess is costing you real money every month. Not scored means we couldn't verify it against a primary source, and here's what would change that. The report never names a replacement product — that's not our call, it's yours, made with the numbers in front of you.
